What is happening with Hope Ready Mix, Agassiz Ready Mix, and Linterra Aggregates?

These three companies are merging under a single unified brand: Linterra. This strategic move brings together decades of experience in concrete and aggregate supply to better serve our customers and communities.

Why are the companies merging?

The merger allows us to streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and offer a broader range of products under one trusted name. It also strengthens our ability to innovate and grow sustainably.

What will the new brand structure look like?

The unified brand will be Linterra, with two specialized sub-brands:

– Linterra Concrete (formerly Hope Ready Mix and Agassiz Ready Mix)

– Linterra Aggregates (formerly Linterra Aggregates)

Will my current contracts or pricing change?

No. All existing contracts and pricing agreements will remain valid, and any future changes will be communicated clearly and in advance.

Will there be changes to the products or services offered?

Our core products and services will remain the same, but customers will benefit from expanded offerings, improved logistics, and enhanced customer support.

Who do I contact for orders or support?

You can continue to contact your existing representative. If in doubt, please call our main phone line at 604-701-3850 to have someone direct your call to the appropriate department!

Will there be changes to delivery schedules or locations?

No immediate changes are planned. Any future updates will be shared proactively to ensure a smooth transition.

Are there changes to invoicing or payment processes?

Effective December 1st, 2025, Invoices will transition to the Linterra name. Any invoices previously issued by Hope Ready Mix or Agassiz Ready Mix will be paid out to those companies. Any invoices issued by the Linterra name can be paid out to the existing Linterra Company. We encourage electronic fund transfers (EFT) or email transfers to settle Linterra invoices (etransfers@linterra.ca). Feel free to call our offices to confirm payment setup for Linterra!

Will the logos and branding change?

Yes. You’ll begin to see the new Linterra logo and branding across our sites, vehicles, documents, and digital platforms.

When will the transition be complete?

Some things will happen slowly, like the rebranding of trucks and signs, but effective December 1st, 2025 – all invoicing will commence from the Linterra brand.
